WELCOME FRIENDS!!! THE GRILL IS OPEN.
This site will contain recipes and tips for grilling and smoking of foods. Here is the first one:
CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
(To spread on Grilled Meats, Sandwiches, and Vegatables or as a Maranade)
2 Bunches of clean fresh Italian Parsley
(If you like Cilantro, replace one bunch of Parsley with Cilantro for a Mexican flavor)
3 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
2 Minced Shallots
1 Cup of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon each of dried Oregano and Basil
Juice of half a Lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and transfer to a sealed container. Let stand for 2 hours before serving.
